I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I would like to say that I had fun on our bike ride up at the ridge a few weeks ago, but I didn't.

I did have fun hanging out with you though, and thats what counts. I have done that ride again since we went up, and I did a 100% better. It was probably 20 degrees cooler, I was 13 pounds lighter and I did not have a chest cold.
